Position Overview: We are seeking a diligent and efficient Warehouse Operative to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, contributing to the timely and accurate fulfilment of orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and Packing: Accurately pick and pack products for customer orders, ensuring quality and precision.
- General Warehouse Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Stock Management: Monitor and manage stock levels, conducting regular inventory checks and reporting discrepancies.
- Dispatching Goods: Prepare and dispatch goods, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Physical ability to handle warehouse tasks, including lifting and moving goods.
Compensation:
- Up to £12.50 per hour with opportunities for overtime.
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
